Comments : This is the second time I see them in two weeks and I have to admit that I am much less excited than in Waregem. And the fact that they play right after that amazing show by New Model Army does not really help. I have to admit really can not stand that guitar player on the left. A quite fair show, knowing that I get to see them once every 8 years I will not complain too much.

Comments : I have to admit I was a bit disappointed not to have a "vintage show" after the amazing double live album they have just released. Anyway, they are still a great band to see live.

Red Lorry Yellow Lorry - M'era Luna - August 9th 2008

Band : Red Lorry Yellow Lorry
Venue : M'era Luna Festival
Town (country) : Hildesheim (Germany)
Date : August 9th 2008

Talk About The Weather

Comments : My big disappointement of the festival. I did not have the chance to see them live in the 80s so I was really looking forward to see that show. I have to admit, the show was "fine", but I was expecting more. No emotions at all, nothing happened.

Christian Death - M'era Luna - August 9th 2008

Band : Christian Death
Venue : M'era Luna Festival
Town (country) : Hildesheim (Germany)
Date : August 9th 2008
Grade : 1/5

Setlist :
n/a

Comments : My last Christian Death show was 9 years ago and I have to say I was quite excited to see them after all this time (they were one of my favorite bands in the late 80s/early 90s). Well, it did not take long for the the excitement to disappear. That was simply awfull. I suffered for a couple of songs before heading back to the main stage to see Red Lorry Yello Lorry.

Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio - M'era Luna - August 9th 2008

Band : Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio
Venue : M'era Luna Festival
Town (country) : Hildesheim (Germany)
Date : August 9th 2008
Grade : 3/5

Setlist :
n/a

Comments : I was a bit surprised to see that Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio was scheduled on the main stage, and unlike in Waregem, they were the only Cold Meat Industry band playing at this festival. Another nice show, shorter than the one in Belgium, but quite pleasant to see in the daylight actually.

The Legendary Pink Dots - M'era Luna - August 9th 2008

Band : The Legendary Pink Dots
Venue : M'era Luna Festival
Town (country) : Hildesheim (Germany)
Date : August 9th 2008
Grade : 5/5

Setlist :
n/a

Comments : I love The Legendary Pink Dots for a very long time now, and I was really happy to see that they were playing at the M'era Luna this year even if I think they fit better in a small and cosy venue and they were scheduled to play very early (12:10 pm). Another pretty nice show nonetheless; the band obviously had a great time on stage and so did I. See you again soon.
